Good job guys. I thought the article on the Untouchables in India was fascinating!! I also loved the article on the man driving the entire length of the wall. NGM has great articles that relate to so many areas.
Leonidas--to attempt to answer your questions. There is no doubt that Chinese dynasties were influenced by previous ones. They learned from previous mistakes and successes. The people often were not in much of a position to do much about the dynastys. As we will talk about the Qin dynasty--the emperor had complete and total power.
